When can I get in contact with your company?
We are available from 8 AM PST until 5 PM PST M-F.
I have an unlisted phone number; can I reach somebody?
If you need to contact us, please email tennisheritage@aol.com and we will respond within 24 hours if the email was received within regular business hours.
When I order on the website, how safe is my data?
We use SHOPIFY as a clearing house for credit cards. This company has the tightest safety record. We will not see your credit card information; all money transfers are handled by SHOPIFY.
How quickly can I get my items?
If the items are in stock, we ship within 24-hours of receiving payment. You can select an expedited shipping method upon checkout.
What are your return policies?
The store will be permanently closing on 12/31/23. All sales are final. If you purchased an item between 11/1/23 - 12/1/23, you can request an exchange but need to receive approval by e-mail first to ensure we have items in stock for exchange. Please contact us at tennisheritage@aol.com before returning the item. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Do you sell internationally?
No we do not sell internationally anymore. This is primarily due to the increase in cost for international shipping, customs/taxes, and unreliability of shipments arriving on time (or at all).
Bracelet #25 and # 23 are too lose, what can I do?
Use the thumb and press the bottom half (where the ball is fixed on) slightly outwards, the bracelet is made from solid silver and will not break.
Do you offer custom designed jewelry?
We no longer offer custom designed jewelry.
Do you have a shop in Costa Mesa, California?
We are selling items over the Internet only, unless prior arrangements are made.
