Conditions of Sale

Because of new US tax laws regarding Internet trading, our conditions are as follows:

We pay California sales tax on all orders and the cost of USPS first class regular shipping for our customers. Our customers do not need to declare purchases from us on their tax form. The point of sale is Costa Mesa, California, USA after we hand over the items to a shipper.

We have fulfilled our side of the sales contract by adding tracking confirmation through the Post Office (our standard way of shipping). Shipping is at buyer's risk. The buyer can choose, at actual cost, any type of shipping (FedEx, UPS, overnight, 2nd day, insured, signature required) to secure delivery.

We no longer provide the ability for customers outside of the United States to make purchases due to the high cost and unreliability in shipping.

Updated terms of sale: We will be closing our store permanently on 12/31/23. All sales are final.

  1. Items ordered from our website will ship within 24-hours of receiving payment for the merchandise.
  2. We will do our best to accommodate exchange requests for items purchased between 11/1/23 - 12/1/23. You must email us to request the exchange prior to returning the item. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  3. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to technical difficulties or other circumstances beyond our control.

Payments: We prefer payments through PayPal or by credit card through our online store payment system. We do NOT accept Apple Pay or COD. Payments made through our website are secured.

We guarantee our merchandise is as described on our website. We will make an effort to solve possible problems. The laws of the State of California are applicable in case problems cannot be solved. By placing an order the customer agrees to these conditions of sale.
